For a continuous process in quality management, the clear identification of inspection dimensions and other inspection characteristics is indispensable. It forms the basis for subsequent process analyses and evaluations.
With the Reitec.Testplan CAD AddIns, the inspection dimensions and characteristics relevant for quality management can be stamped and exported directly in the drawing. During export, all characteristic data such as target values and tolerances are exported - transfer errors due to manual processes are thus a thing of the past.
The test plan is then processed and the test dimensions checked with the help of Reitec.Testplan QCC. The Reitec.Testplan software for quality management simplifies the QM process considerably.
With the CAD add-ins for Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks, the inspection dimensions and characteristics relevant for inspection planning are stamped directly in the drawing. The data can then be exported with just a few clicks and finished inspection plans can be created automatically.
Transmission errors due to manual processes are now a thing of the past. Different formats such as csv, Excel or the DFD format are available for selection.
Often the drawings are only available as PDF files. With Reitec.Testplan Author, test dimensions and test characteristics can also be stamped and test plans created independently of CAD. Just as with the CAD AddIns, the data is exported with just a few clicks and finished test plans are automatically generated. Here, too, different formats such as csv, Excel or the DFD format are available for selection.
Test plans created with the CAD AddIns or with the Author software can be loaded and processed with Reitec.Testplan QCC. The test dimension to be tested is selected by clicking/tapping in the drawing. After entering the actual value, the inspector receives immediate feedback as to whether the dimension is OK or not OK. The process is completely paperless.
The entire interface is touch-optimised so that the software can also be used on mobile devices without any problems.

The company ASFO (Italy) relies on state-of-the-art technology in quality assurance. With the tablet-based software Reitec.Testplan developed by REITEC GmbH, the QA process is considerably simplified and accelerated. The QM employee can now record measured test dimensions directly in the tablet application and receives direct feedback as to whether the dimension is within the tolerances. Reitec.Testplan can directly load and edit the test plans created with the help of the CAD add-in Reitec.Testplan for Inventor. The dimensions are selected by tapping on the dimension in the displayed drawing.
